We currently do not accept returns for any orders once the product has been delivered. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction, so if there is an issue with your order such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

2. Refund Policy
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds are not applicable for any returned products. In case of a valid return request, we will offer an exchange or, in certain situations, provide a replacement for the item(s) in question.

Any return or exchange-related shipping costs will be covered by Alaric Outfits only if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Otherwise, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
